When User sells or brokers any insurance products through insurance companies or carriers, User is doing business with those insurance companies or carriers and not with Agency Administrators, Inc.

ELECTRONIC AUTHENTICATION OR SIGNATURE; ELECTRONIC RECORD
Agency Administrators, Inc. may, in its discretion and if applicable, utilize Electronic Signatures in lieu of written signatures. An Electronic Signature may be comprised of alpha and/or numerical characters. An Electronic Signature affixed to or contained in any Electronic Record shall be sufficient to verify the originating party and to evidence such party’s acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such Electronic Record. Neither party shall disclose to any unauthorized person the confidential Electronic Signatures of the other party.
ENFORCEABILITY OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND SIGNED DOCUMENTS:
An Electronic Signature used by Agency Administrators, Inc. or any User of this Site shall be considered in connection with any contemplated transaction to be a “writing” or “in writing” and shall be considered as authenticated by an Electronic Signature. Any Electronic Record containing an Electronic Signature shall be deemed for all purposes (a) to have been “signed” and (b) to constitute an “original” when printed from Electronic Records established and maintained by Agency Administrators, Inc. or its authorized agents in the normal course of business. Upon Agency Administrators, Inc. written request, User agrees to manually sign or place User’s signature on any paper original of any Electronic Record or Signed Document Key provides to User containing User’s purported Electronic Signature.
