Client Care Representative – Personal Lines Email Team

Job Profile and Description:
Agency Administrators, Inc. is expanding, and we have an opening for a Personal Lines Email Client Care Representative to join our award-winning team. Agency Administrators, Inc. is an independent insurance agency service center successfully serving clients throughout CT, NY, MD, MA, NC, SC, FL and more. As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience.
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST
Education Required: Current P&C Producer license
Experience Required: 2 Years minimum
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimizing Customer Service and Client Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service
- Prioritize email responses by thoroughly reviewing and understanding clients’ needs to provide accurate and tailored responses
- Policy Management – Obtain all necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and provide clear and comprehensive explanations to insured’s billing questions
- Document and process policy cancellations properly
- Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure for underwriting accuracy as well as identify opportunities for savings
- Address company recommendations with insureds to meet carrier compliance requirements
- Navigate agency management system using proper workflows. Maintain up-to-date client files by attaching documentation, generating and sending evidences of insurance such as binders and ID cards, as well as reviewing carrier downloads for accuracy

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Position Type: Full – Time
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM Eastern Standard
Education Required: Current P&C Producer license
Experience Required: 3 years minimum Commercial Lines experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Commercial Lines team, you will work with a variety of carriers and customers to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Handle daily communications among clients, producers and underwriters.
- Maintain agency system/applications with current information
- Address Customer inquiries regarding their insurance coverages
- Process Insurance Applications, Endorsements, Binders, Quotes, Rating, etc.
- Market accounts to multiple Insurance carriers
- Claims reporting and follow up between Insurance Carrier and Insured when appropriate.
- Respond to client inquiries/issues within SLA timelines.
- Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures; documenting electronic files accordingly.
- Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes.
- Act as coverage/risk consultant for agents’ accounts where we have responsibility for sales.
- Respond to clients’ needs by producing binders, certificates, policies and other related items accurately and timely.
- Ability to analyze, negotiate and prepare carrier renewal.
- As appropriate, market, negotiate, prepare, and analyze alternative renewal options.
- Input required renewal information into system, as necessary.
- Cross selling / Up selling lines of coverage when working with accounts for agents who purchase the sales module.
Competencies:
- 3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Must have a P&C producer license
- Experience servicing multi line commercial mid/large market accounts
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be passionate about delivering customer service at a high level
- Must be able to build productive relationships and strong rapport with VIP clients
- Must be self-motivated and competitive
- Must have solid organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

Personal Lines Policy Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete policy reviews for existing clients- Renewal and Mid-Term Reviews involve coverage counseling, completion/updating of RCE, policy endorsements, etc.
- Complete new and existing client sales for select agencies – Quotes completed in comparative raters/ directly through carrier websites
- Cross sell & Account Round
- Brokered/Excess Line Renewals – Obtain renewal offer, obtain completed documents, collect payment and send bind request for brokered policies.
- Maintain Client Files – Use of agency management system to properly note interactions, secure documents and to allow seamless interactions between departments and agency owners.
